How to remove an agent – Jira Service Desk Tutorial 2021
Follow the steps below to Remove an Agent
Go to “Project Settings” > Click on “People” > Click on “Remove“

Follow the steps below to Assign Issue to Multiple Users
Go to Wheel Icon (Settings at the top-right corner) > Select “Issue” > Click on “Custom fields” >Click on “Create custom field” button (at top-right side) > Find and Select “User Picker(multiple users)“
Once selected a pop-up will appear, Give the field a Name and Description > Select the Screens to have this option > Click on “Update” button > Now go to a story, and there will be Multiple Assignees option available.
Note: You must have Jira Administrative permissions for this.
Follow the steps below to Delete an Epic
Go to Kanban Board > Go to an Epic > Click on three dots (at top-right corner) > Click on “Delete“
If you do not see the Delete button, go to “Project Settings” > Click on “People” > Click on “Add People” > Add yourself.
What if you do not see the Epics in the Kanban Board?
Go to a Story > Click on “Show 6 more fields” (at right side of the pop-up) > Go to Epic Link and click on the Empty field > Select an Epic from the List
If you want to see all the Epics, Go to “Search Bar” (at the top-right side) > Select “Advance Issue Search” > Click on “Switch to Basic” > Click on Type filter and select Epic from the dropdown list
Follow the steps below to Link Issues
Click on a Story >Click on “Link Issue” > Select a Relation and an Issue in Linked Issue fields (in the middle of the pop-up)

Click on “Avatar” (top-right side) > Select “Account Settings” > Select “Security” > Enter your Current Password and New Password >Click on “Save Changes” button

Go to Active Sprint > Click on a Story > Select a Version in Fix Version field

Click on Search Bar (at the top-right side) > Select “Advance Issue Search” > Select “Switching to basic” > Select “Epic” in the Type filter
Follow the steps below to Convert Epic to a Story
Click on a Story > Click on three dots > Select “Move” >Go to Current Issue Type > Change Issue Type to “Story” > Click on “Next” button> Click on “Confirm” button
