Create a Kanban Project > Create a Story in the Project > Click on three dots (in the top-right side) > Add/Change/Adjust the Columns/Statuses as per your requirements
Follow the steps below to Create Filter in Dashboard
To Create a Filter: Click on “Filters” (at the top) > Select “Advanced issue search” > Click on “Switch to JQL” > To create a filter for All the Issues from a project > Use the following Query: project = “Your Project Name” order by created DESC
Now, Click on “Save as” button > Name the filter > Click on “Submit” button.
To Create a Dashboard: Click on “Dashboards” (at the top) > Select “Create a Dashboard” > Name the Dashboard > Choose the privary settings > Click on “Save” button.
Once the dashboard is created, Click on “Add a new gadget” > Select a Gadget(s) (Filter counts and Issue statistics in the example) > Click on “Add gadget” button > Enter the gadget details > Click on “Save” button.
Follow the steps below to Assign Issue to Multiple Users
Go to Wheel Icon (Settings at the top-right corner) > Select “Issue” > Click on “Custom fields” >Click on “Create custom field” button (at top-right side) > Find and Select “User Picker(multiple users)“
Once selected a pop-up will appear, Give the field a Name and Description > Select the Screens to have this option > Click on “Update” button > Now go to a story, and there will be Multiple Assignees option available. Note: You must have Jira Administrative permissions for this.
Go to Kanban Board > Go to an Epic > Click on three dots (at top-right corner) > Click on “Delete“
If you do not see the Delete button, go to “Project Settings” > Click on “People” > Click on “Add People” > Add yourself.
What if you do not see the Epics in the Kanban Board? Go to a Story > Click on “Show 6 more fields” (at right side of the pop-up) > Go to Epic Link and click on the Empty field > Select an Epic from the List
If you want to see all the Epics, Go to “Search Bar” (at the top-right side) > Select “Advance Issue Search” > Click on “Switch to Basic” > Click on Type filter and select Epic from the dropdown list
Click on “Avatar” (top-right side) > Select “Account Settings” > Select “Security” > Enter your Current Password and New Password >Click on “Save Changes” button
Follow the steps below to Search Jira Issues By Type
Click on “Search Bar” (at top-right side) > Select “Advance Issue Search” > Click on “Switch to Basic” > Select the Type you are looking for in the Type filter
