1. Click on “Backlog” (Make Sure You are in Scrum Project) 2. Click on “EPICS” (To see all Epics on the current Project) 3. Choose an Epic and Click the Dropdown Menu 4. Select the Preferred Color 5. Refresh the Page
Go to “Switch to” (by clicking on the 9 dots at the top-right corner) > Select “Jira Service Disk” > Click on “Invite team” > Enter agent’s Email Address > Click on “Invite” button.
Follow the steps below to Customize Customer Portal

Follow the steps below To Convert Story Into Subtask
Select the tasks which needs conversion> Right Click and Select “Bulk Change” > Select “Move Issues” > Change “Task” To “SubTask” > Select a Parent Issue > Click on “Confirm” button > Click on “Acknowledge” button
Follow the steps below to Convert Subtask into Story
Go inside of a Story > Click on three dots (just above the name of the subtask) > Select “Bulk Edit” > Select “Move Issues” > Move “Subtask” To “Story” and click on “Next“> Click “Confirm” button > Click “Acknowledge” button
Follow the steps below To Turn Off Email Notifications
Click on the “Avatar” icon (in the top-right corner) > Select “Personal Settings” > Choose your settings at “Email Notifications for Issue Activity” > Click on “Save Changes” button.
Follow the steps below To Add Acceptance Criteria To Issue
Click the “Settings” (wheel icon at the top-right corner) > Select “Issues” > Click on “Custom Fields” > Click on “Create Custom Field” (top-right side) > Select a Custom Field from the list > Give a Name > Click on “Create” button
In the next step, Select Screens (where the select field will be available) > Click on “Update” button
Once Custom Field is added, you still need to Configure the Screen.
Click on “Create Issue” > Click “Configure Fields” (at the top-right side of the pop-up)
Note: You must have Jira admin permissions, otherwise you will not see these settings.
