Follow the steps below to Hide Epics from Kanban Board

Method 1:
Go to Kanban Board > Click on three dots (at top-right corner) > Select “Board Settings” > Click on “Columns” > Turn Off the Epic panel

Method 2:
Go to Kanban Board > Click on three dots (at top-right corner) > Select “Board Settings” > Go to “General Settings” > Find “Filter for DAKT Query” and click on “Edit Filter Query

Once there, Change the Query to “project =DAKT AND issuetype != epic ORDER BY Rank ASC” > Click on “Save” button

Follow the below steps to Remove Issue From Epic

Method 1: Single Edit

Select the Story > Click on the Epic Link field > Remove Epic link by clicking on the ‘x‘ sign on it

Method 2: Bulk Edit

Click on the Epic Link (to see multiple stories related story to this epic) > Click on three dots (above the story) > Select ‘Bulk edit‘ (from the list) > Select ‘Edit Issues‘ > Choose ‘Change Epic Link‘ > Keep the Change Epic Link Field Empty > Click on ‘Confirm‘ button

Follow the steps below to Move Epic to Another Project

To Find an Epic:
Click on Search Bar (at top-right side) > Select “Advance Issue Search” > Click on “Switch to Basic” > Select “Epic” in the Type filter

Moving the Epic:
Click on an Epic to open it > Click on three dots (at top-right corner) > Select “Move” > Select the new Project> Click on “Next” button > Click on “Confirm” button

Follow the steps below to View issues link to an Epic

Method 1:
Go to a Story with an Epic > Click on “epic link” > You will see all the Issues in that Epic

Method 2:
Go to Search Bar (at top-right side) > Select “Advance Issue Search” > Use the following Query to find all issues related to an Epic:
issuetype = Story AND “Epic Link” = YourEpicName order by created DESC
