Follow the steps below to Reopen A Sprint
Click “Reports” > Choose “Sprint Report” > Click the three dots > Choose “Reopen Sprint” > Sprint has been Reopened
How to Edit Workflow – Jira Tutorial 2021
Follow the step below to edit the workflow
Choose “Project Settings” > Click “Workflows” > Click the pen tool or “Edit” > Change from “Text” to “Diagram” view > Add Transition > Click “Publish Draft” > Fill the details
Once details are filled , Go back to “Edit” > Open “Workflow” in a new tab > Choose the draft created > Add a new transition > Go back to the original tab > Click “Add Workflow” > Click “Publish“, “Associate” then “Acknowledge” > Test the created workflow

Click on Project Settings (Left side) > Go to “Name” section (at the Top) > Change the Name > Click on the “Save details” button
